Broker's Comments

The Oceanis 40 CC are popular cruising boats. They are the right size to handle shorthanded and they offer a good compromise between interior space and comfort. They are ideal live aboard boats, as they have 2 good sized cabins, each with their own heads compartment and a big galley. As this is a central cockpit, she gives a secure feeling while sailing. This boat was imported from France in 2007 and equipped with all the necessary safety equipment for 60 miles off shore (according to Spanish law). Spanish flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
