Cummins / Onan generator is located in the starboard aft lazarette. Owner states that there are approximately 200 hours on the Generator but there is no hour meter.
Engines hours are very low at 360. Owner only used it to get in and out of marinas and sailed otherwise.
The 12-volt engine starting batterie was replaced in 2019. The house and thruster batteries are of undetermined age. All batteries are sealed or gel.
Main engine access is under the companion way steps that hinge up and a larger access panel is located in the companionway to the master state room.
The bow thruster makes this boat very easy to handle while docking or moving in close quarters. The engine and thruster controls are located at the starboard helm station.

The 150% Radial cross cut Genoa was built in 2019. It has reef marks at 10 and 20 percent. It is 6.53 oz. built by Elliot Peterson.

Beneteau builds a solid laminate hull with a cored deck. The hull to deck joint is flanged with the deck lipped over the hull. The vessel is externally ballasted with easy access to the keel bolts.
Internal woodwork is in excellent condition. The galley on the vessel has had the trash compactor removed and several large drawers added in substitution.
Over all this vessel appears in like-new condition.

Access to the vessel is through lifeline gates on both port and starboard sides. It can also be entered from the swim platform. The transom bench seat has a hinged opening section.
The saloon is entered through a midship companionway and down four steps to the deck. The galley is located to port and has additional drawer storage added where the dish washer was located. Access to the refrigerator is through a side door. The top loading freezer is located to port and outside the refrigerator.
Forward of the galley is the u-shaped dinette with a bench seat located to starboard. The dinette converts into a double berth and the bench seat will sleep one. Aft of the bench seat is the nav station with the master head located aft of the nav station. There are two doors to the aft head -- one from the saloon/galley area and the second from the master stateroom.
Moving into the master stateroom you find an off-center queen berth with a vanity to the port side. There are hanging lockers on both port and starboard sides plus other drawer storage.
Going forward in the saloon -- the companionway to the guest/forward stateroom is to starboard. The forward berth is a large V-berth . The forward head/shower is located to port.
Moving through the vessel is made easy by many grab rails and woodwork.
The Cruise Air system supplies both heat and air conditioning for the vessel.

This Beneteau Oceanis 46 has some of the best features any offshore sailing vessel can have. Starting with the twin wheels, bow thruster, in-mast main furling, large cruising genoa, two large separate staterooms with heads and showers, two electric genoa winches plus an electric halyard winch, reverse cycle heat-and-A/C , 6 KW diesel generator, 75HP Yanmar diesel, separate freezer and refrigeration units, and finally a custom cockpit table. There are many other options detailed in our attached listing.
This vessel has been in the Pacific NW and Canada since new. A new cockpit enclosure with dodger were added. There are canvas covers for all cockpit equipment.
This vessel is designed for offshore sailing. Its large cockpit and well-configured and appointed saloon with dinette and nav station allow a crew of four a very comfortable ride.
