Broker's Comments
A good example of this popular Broads river cruiser. With accommodation all on one level and large decks this design is incredibly accessible and would suit both families and couples alike. With a low airdraft she can easily pass through all Broads bridges (subject to river levels).
Internally she is in great condition. Having been in private hands since she was commissioned, she boasts accommodation in three cabins (one double or two singles in the large aft cabin, one single cabin midships and an extra double on the sofa bed situated in the spacious saloon). The main cabins all have good storage space including wardrobes as well as ample storage facilities in the galley and saloon, which also has a sliding sunroof.
The large bathroom currently has a porta potti but there is a holding tank and an electric or manual head could easily be refitted by the new owner.
Last out of the water for a polish and anitfoul four years ago and regularly serviced.
New boat safety certificate issued November 2012 valid until 2016
