This Bourne 40 will make an ideal live aboard at sensible money. She has a full size galley with modern equipment and offers 7 berths in 4 separate cabins therefore ideal for having friends stay over. She has a superb diesel fired free standing heater (reminiscent of a wood burner) that is fully controllable and easily heats the saloon to over 24 deg C with minus external temperatures.
Externally she needs a good pressure wash and a coat of paint on the topsides but this is a job for the spring.
The buyer will have the option of the existing residential mooring in Brundall.
Everything on board works and having a full BSC she is ready to move on to.
