Broker's Comments
The owner of this boat has been meticulous in the way that he has completed the build. There is a video available that documents the whole process.
There are two types of boat here. There is the well renowned Broom 9/70 hull, along with the interior that has the same characteristics of the larger Royal 41. The standard of the work is clear to see from the pictures. £50000 was spent on materials alone.
The strong Mermaid engine will happily push you along at a steady pace. The navigation equipment is top notch, with the latest software fitted.
All in all this is a very nice cruiser that should go on for many years to come. Here is an opportunity to purchase a boat at a fraction of the price of the equivalent type.
