Broker's Comments
This Broom Captain really is a stunning example of what classic wooden boats are about. She has been spared no expense in bringing her to this very high standard. She is by far the best I have seen in many a year and is a testamant to the current owners panache for detail. The list of work done is far to extensive to list, but to give you a taste here are but a few, new marine carpet 2009, new engine and gearbox 2007, new upholstery, new heating system providing hot water to radiators, new propellor, new rudder, new transome, new exhaust, new dashboard. She has had 1/3rd of her ribs replaced and over 800ft of planking below the waterline and the sides during 2003/2006. This boat really is a fabulous example.
