Broker's Comments

This Broom 37 Crown has been extensively refurbished and updated in 2014/2015. The updates include state of the art electronics, full service and refurbishment of the engines, and installation of a new hob and fridge in the galley – see full details in the sections above.
They are ideal for both inland and offshore/coastal use; accommodation includes an aft owner’s cabin with island double berth, a separate shower room and its own en-suite. The traditionally styled interior has spiral steps to the aft cabin and aft deck. There are two helm positions one in the saloon the other on the aft deck.
The upgrades to this vessel were carried out with the intention of keeping the boat; however circumstances have changed and there is a genuine reason for sale.
