Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
This is a fabulous vessel for cruising on or living on. She is beamy enough to use as mobile houseboat. Spacious, light and airey with an aft cabin spanning the whole beam. The aft-cabin is accessable from the main saloon. This Broom Ocean is well presented and has had all main work recommended from the last survey carried out at the Broom Yard. Lovely seakindly boat. You can tell this Broom has been looked after and loved over the years. She smells nice and the interior wood and upholstery looks good too. She benefits from full osmosis treatment carried out at Broom Boats yard in Brundall. She also benefits from a new generator in 2009.
She would be ideal for a family given her accommodation.
