Hi Laura,
This boat wasn't named "Raggermuffin" and the Norfolk broads Database does not show any boats with that name but that is not to say she hasn't been re named by a new owner at some point. I would strongly suspect that your fathers old boat (if not this one) is still on a waterway somewhere as the Brooms from the 60's and 70's are still very popular and are very well built and aa a result still have a value of around £17-£20k for a good example.
