This is a home build motor sailer and seems to have been built for strength rather than looks you can see the finish is not off a factory production yacht but more than adequate.The owner started the build in 1995 and luanched the boat in 2001 enjoying the sailing the East coast offers.
The hull configeration is a Stub Keel with Bilge Plates with a Skeg hung Rudder.The Hull has been painted using self eroding copper resin from new.
The 3 fuel tanks hold a total of 45 gallons (204.5lts) this comprises of 2 x 17 Gallons and 1 x 11 Gallon day tank, there are electric transfer pumps which feed the day tank.
Cabin head room is 2.10m in the main saloon and 1.86m in the forward cabin.
