Broker's Comments

Built in 1986 by Offshore Yachts to a Bruce Roberts design, this is a very nice cruiser which has a solid feel and which according to the owner sails well. She has an excellent inventory, all the electrics you need and all sails in good to excellent condition, plus two helms.

She has had a lot of money spent on her in recent years including, epoxy treatment (preventative) in 1999 and the interior professionally fitted out in 2000. Full International Perfection 709 topside paint job 2000. 90% rewired 2000.
