Broker's Comments

This is a lovely 60 x 12'6 Collingwood with a bespoke fit out. The boat was fitted out to rent out as accommodation only (no cruising) and has only been lightly used. She is perfect as a live aboard or as a hotel/Airbnb. The bed in the saloon area can easily be removed if need be as it is not fixed.

Entering the large cockpit you have plenty of wraparound bench seating with comfortable cushions, grey teak effect flooring, an attractive removable table, gas locker, extra under seat storage and the cockpit instruments including bow thruster.

As you come down the companionway steps you enter the large well-appointed galley with dark green kitchen units and a white granite worktop with breakfast bar. There is a 4 burner hob with extractor and splash back, a fitted oven and separate grill, microwave, under washing machine, stainless steel sink and lots of cupboard storage.

The saloon is huge and although there is presently a kingsize bed in situ, if removed you would have plenty of room for a corner bed settee and chairs or any configuration you like. There are two electric reclining leather chairs, a multi-fuel burner and a TV/Media wall with wall mounted speakers.

As you move down the boat you arrive in the large fully-tiled shower room with a full size shower, electric pump out toilet, heated towel rail and a built in vanity unit with storage and porcelain wash basin.

Finally you come to the large master bedroom with 2 large fitted wardrobes. TV, radiator and bedside wall lights. This leads out into the forward deck with more seating and locker space.
