Broker's Comments

For anyone looking for a traditional wooden boat in superb condition the search ends here!...This boat has been cherished by its previous and present owners. The hull is Iroko construction with a mahogany superstructure that was completely re-painted and re-varnished in Summer 2005 to a mirror like finish. These pictures do not represent just how good the external finish really is!
It has a current BSC Certificate that expires in 2010.
Luxuries include a 4 burner cooker, fridge stainless sink unit, warm air heating, calorifier, immersion heater and a new holding tank and electronic level indicator fitted 2005. She was out of the water in Sept 2007 and the hull was inspected, pressure washed and antifouled. Included in the sale is a very high quality all over winter cover made this year by Jeckells at a cost of £1600. Although the boat is now for sale the current owners are keeping her maintained, cleaned and inspected on a regular basis.
If you are serious about owning a wooden broads cruiser then don't buy anything until you have seen this.
