Rarely have I seen so much fitted into a 60ft hull. This boat has been very well thought out.

Reverse Layout , so entering from rear semi trad deck through double doors down to a living area with banquette seating to either side. Storage shelves and radiators. The walls, lined in solid mahogany and white ceilings extend throughout giving a light and spacious feel..

The floors are parquet in the living areas and carpeted in the bedrooms.

Next comes an extensive galley kitchen with hob, high level cooker, fridge and plenty of storage and work surfaces. Side hatch.

Through to a dinette style dining room which could be made convertible to another bedroom. Second, nicely paneled, side hatch on the opposite side, bookshelf and solid fuel stove. This has a back-boiler to the radiators throughout the boat, but there is also a Webasto diesel heater which can feed the radiators and hot water.

There is also a small deep freeze concealed in the seating

Broker's Comments

A wonderfully fitted boat with a comprehensive suite of equipment and appliances. One owner since new who fitted the boat himself to a very high standard and superb design. Some of it may appear a little dated but the basics are spot-on.

A reverse layout designed long before they became so popular, with two bedrooms, but a potential to sleep up to eight people.

Such extras as dual source heating, a freezer and a built in generator, give this boat even more potential as a live-aboard or extended cruiser.

The present mooring may be available by agreement. with the National Trust.
