Broker's Comments

This is a heavily constructed cruising yacht , of a Colin Archer type, built to cruise the Scottish waters of North Atlantic and North Sea and Scandinavia.

A high latitude cruising yacht, perfect for a couple. This is where the gas fired, radiator central heating will be very welcome.

She appears to be exceptionally strong. The hull was fabricated in 1996 but for personal reasons left well stored but unfinished. In 2002 and 2003 a substantial sum was spent fitting out the interior and rigging the yacht to an Alan Pape design.

The wheel house gives a great feeling of security. Although she was launched in 2003, she has barely been used and is in effect an almost new boat.

The current owner has upgraded her further with a brand new Beta Marine engine fitted 2007.

She could be considered a motor sailer but in reality she is more of a sailing yacht with her well designed, sea kindly hull and a nice big rig. She may look a bit like a fisher and probably sails much better.

Very various reasons, she has been sat ashore for the last year without much attention and she is now in need of a little maintenance to make her shine again.

Offers on the asking price will be considered as a the owner is keen to sell.
