Broker's Comments

The popular Colvic 20, is an ideal fishing or weekend boat. Its bilge keels allow the boat to safely dry out, making it perfect for estuary and harbour cruising.
The wheel house, which is partly enclosed, offers shelter from the elements, whilst the cabin, which includes a cooker, sink and sea toilet, also provides a couple of berths for the occasional overnight stay.
This particular example boat was built sometime in the mid 80's and has been under the current ownership for the past 10 years. Some cosmetic work is needed to bring her back up to scratch, but this is reflected in the asking price.
On a positive note the boat is mechanically sound, and her 1999 engine has been both regularly and professionally maintained. She was also re-wired in 2011, and comes with the additional safety feature of an auxillary 2-stroke outboard engine. There is also the option of helming the boat from inside the wheel house, or outside in the cockpit using the tiller.

These details ils are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
