Broker's Comments
First of all, there are other examples of these boats around for less money, if you are on a budget feel free to have a look at them, but if you want the absolute best example anywhere then this is it.
The boat was completely rebuilt at huge expense completed in 2006. Totally rewired, rebuilt engine, new sails, new covers, complete new wheelhouse new electronics, new galley etc etc etc. basically everything that could be either renewed or refurbished has been.
The boat since then has been nowhere due to a change of the owners circumstances, but is properly looked after by the yard and serviced every year, rigged, and put on her mooring.
Photographing the boat today, I would say that the only thing that she needs is a good polish inside and out.
These boats are very versatile, safe and comfortable in heavy seas and equally at home as inland cruisers.
One of the nicest boats I have had the pleasure of offering for sale as the surveyor said " quite simply the best rebuild of any vessel we have ever seen and the attention to detail is quite exceptional"
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
