Broker's Comments

Sometimes you come across an older boat and you feel that the boat was built for yachtsmen who think boats should be out at sea sailing. This is particularly true with this CSY 37. Her long keel (3/4) gives her stability and sea kindliness not found in more modern production boats.

This yacht is being sold because the owner has been posted abroad and it makes nonsense to keep her in Gibraltar. She requires a small investment in time and money (around £2500) to bring her back to sparkIing condition.
