Broker's Comments

If you are looking for a great performance weekender that is just a bit different from the crowd then call me now!

Built in Canada, she has all the quality and good design of the American boats but with the style and panache of her European sisters.

The spacious cockpit is has plenty of seating, complete with bar sink and second fridge, ideal for lazing at anchor with a cool drink. The saloon table can be easily shifted up from below, making dining with friends in the open air as easy as you like, and the Bimini will keep out of the scorching heat of the typical British summer. Hmm, well you know what I mean.

So, moving swiftly on, she has a full galley complete with microwave, her interior is very well thought out, just a bit different from (and much much better) than the usual layout in boats of this size, and the heads have a decent shower.

She had a brand-new engine fitted in 2011, following a mechanical failure. And the new one has only done about 11 hours! Her dinghy was new in 2011, as was the Yamaha outboard.

She will make a great family boat, all you need for self sufficiency is here, so if you are looking for a practical and stylish 27-footer, you’ve got to come and see this one!
