This is a fairly unique design, with a centre cockpit, separate aft cabin, yet just 22' long & with a lifting keel, draws just 1ft! The overall combination really does work though - you can take it anywhere & it’s perfect for including family & friends for an overnight.

This one has recently had lots of welcome attention & with a few finishing touches would be a great little boat in excellent condition.

There may also be a trailer available making this a truly versatile day sailor.
