Boatshed Midi Canals are pleased to offer this converted Aak Dutch Barge for sale. She is of, "go anywhere" dimensions and has a professional fit out providing comfortable and convivial accommodation for two with occasional guests. The vessel has recently been used as a permanent live aboard on a marina berth so the gas hob has been removed and a microwave oven and plancha set in it’s place. Gas fittings are still in place and it would be a simple job to reinstall gas cooking or fit a compact generator and stay electric. There is also space to install a shower in the WC compartment. The large aft deck with hot and cold water deck shower joins right on to the wheel house and makes this a very convivial boat inside and out.

Un bateau passe-partout, aménagé professionnellement et permettant un logement confortable pour deux et deux invités occasionnels. Ce bateau a récemment été utilisé comme bateau logement à quai et la cuisinière à gaz a été troquée contre un micro-onde et une plancha électrique mais les branchements pour le gaz sont toujours en place et peuvent très bien être à nouveau utilisés or encore installer un générateur et laisser le tout électrique. Il y a aussi la place pour une douche à installer dans l’espace toilettes. La timonerie donne directement sur la large plage arrière ce qui donne à ce bateau une unité très conviviale. A noter la présence d’une douche extérieure (eaux chaudes et froides).
