For Sale due to change in circumstances
Boat safety til 2013, good 2007 survey available.
Open plan accommodation comprising forward vee berths with infill converting to double, sideboards either side with drawers, galley to port with stainless steel sink, hot and cold water supply, twin burner cooker with oven and grill, plenty of drawers and cupboards, opposite double dinette with drawers under, large locker aft, radio cassette player, opposite separate toilet compartment with shower stall and shower head (not connected). Step into cockpit with wooden glass fronted doors, port steering position, new double stainless steel gas locker, new stainless steel diesel and water tank, 25 gallon capacity each, Perkins 4107 inboard with new alternator, automatic fire extinguisher, two heavy duty 12v batteries, 240v shore power, three way fridge. Cockpit all wood construction in good order, seating all round with good quality fold down canopy. Exterior superstructure needs painting although most of the preparation work has been done. Mooring on the Northern Broads can be re-negotiated with the yard, as can the painting of the topsides. Complete with fenders, mooring lines, rhond anchors and mud weight. This boat has a good feel to her wanting only a cosmetic uplift.
