No expense was spared to make this boat an efficient and mechanically sound vessel.

From the MC 612 Regulator that was custom programmed for this boat to the Xantrex Link 1000 system, and much more, you will find this boat has it all to last well beyond any stock vessels.

Even a galvanic isolator regulator was installed to conserve the zincs! Now that's detail!

The cabin is immaculate! The owners are very clean and neat people. The stove is so clean it could almost not be photographed!

The aft head has a flushing system approved by the Coast Guard which sanitizes each flush over the side to a cleanliness level which exceeds all requirements.

The decks are new in the cabin. There are very few original components in this boat. Even the upholstery has been dry cleaned and well maintained.

The owners are so detail oriented they have even figured a better way to configure the swing out seat at the Nav table to make it easier to get in and out of the Nav position. Examples of this kind of forethought are everywhere on this boat.

Broker's Comments

Can't afford a new boat, but want one that is as good as new? This may be an even better deal than new. A new boat doesn't come loaded with all the equipment you need to go cruising.

This one does! Just bring your toothbrush and some food and you are ready to move on board.

The owners of this boat are experienced boat re-fitters and have poured their heart and soul into re-furbishing this boat into top condition. They spend hours each day getting this boat into perfect condition.

As an experienced sailor and cruiser, I can tell you these people don't let any detail get by them. They gutted this boat and virtually started over. Even the water, fuel and holding tanks have been replaced on this boat in 2003.

The rare and hard to find boat slip this boat is in, is also available for potential live-aboards to take over as long as the new owners qualify.

There are no other boats in this class that compare to this one. You have to see this one to truly appreciate the detail work that has been done to this boat. She is ready to cruise, not tomorrow, but TODAY!
