This 60' boat house is in good condition and located at the Port ff Everett secured to O dock.
The exterior is galvanized metal siding with an electric door located at the south end. Skylight panels are in the overhead with two end windows.
Entry is from the north. There is an interior walkway down both sides and across the front, with a stairway leading along the north interior wall to the 7'x9' loft. This is a highly desirable location in the marina providing additional wind protection.
Unknown build date however based on marina activity estimate was 1985
Recent major price reduction makes this a must see!
