The best example of a Fairline 43/45 that I have ever seen. She gleams and you could eat off her engines too. This sturdy category A boat has lovely lines with good proportions and deep-V hull ..all of which make for smooth handling and a seakindly vessel. The owner says that she is taken out of the water every year, antifouled, anodes renewed etc. Topsides and superstructure have been A-glazed to maintain the lustre. The interior helm provides a very comfortable and user friendly helm position when you want to get away from the elements.

This Fairline has been so well looked after. She smells and looks great. Light and airey, lots of room and stowage to complement. The upholstery inside was professionally renewed 2001 with a lovely light cream soft leather theme in the saloon and helm seat to compliment. This really does go so well with the polished quality teak joinery. Carpets replaced as well. There are 3 main cabins for sleeping plus a good sized, comfortable crew cabin and the main saloon. The galley has ample cupboards and work surfaces for preparing cordon bleu cuisine if you wish. The Hi/Lo table in the saloon, cleverly converts from coffee table to large dining table. The Bar area with drinks cabinet and saloon fridge is ideal for keeping your favourite drinks cool on ice. A really comfortable mattress to the owners suite will ensure a great nights sleep at the end of your evening.
Note: The cooker has 2 electric burners and 2 gas burners which is almost impossible to get these days.
Note: one of the heads is electric and the rest are sea toilets.

Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
This is not just another boat for sale....this is a superb example of a Fairline and the best Fairline 43/45 that I have seen. You just know that she has nothing to hide! She looks pristine, with great joinery and no musty smells The only thing you will need to do is put the keys in the ignition and set off for your favourite destination. She is a sturdy Category A cruiser and would make a perfect boat to live on too.
This boat is so spacious and well equipped that you will find relaxation so easy. So if you want to get away from all the madness of modern living then this Lady will easily whisk you off to a calmer place.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
