This Falcon 22 SPC is the ideal boat for a family who are getting into boats of for someone who wants cost effective but comfortable cruising too. She appears to have been well maintained with lots of reciepts too for work that has been carried out.
She is located on an exclusive beauty spot where there is a long waiting list. However the mooring should be transferable as the boat is already there. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
