Broker's Comments

The Falmouth Pilot was based on the Bristol Pilot boats and they were considered Motor Sailors but they have with the help of a sloop rig a good turn of speed with the added advantage of a deep long keel and sturdy construction to take you just about anywhere you want to go.
Great spacious saloon with the coachroof flooding the area with light.
This really is a cute boat, forward vee-berth, separate heads and full height wet locker, saloon with two singles on each tack.
Nav desk to port aft saloon and some new navigational additions.
Engine is the 20hp Beta that is a real find on a boat of this age and has been regularly serviced.
The main sails were changed along with the standing rigging , sail cover and boom back in 2003 so lots of use left in them.
She has been surveyed two months ago which has highlighted a lot of issues including cracked ribs and there are some issues with a below water plank that will need some attention.
You will need to spend some money and time to keep her going but she is in the water and overall is a boat worth investing in.
