Broker's Comments

The Finesse 24 is a well-built cruiser they are steady and easy to handle but also perform well under sail. They are typical east coast cruisers built with the shallows in mind; the lifting keel reduces the draft to 0.8m. This is one of the later boats built from Iroko on Elm.
The interior is deceptively large on the Finesse 24 with room for two double berths and a good sized galley; they also have good standing headroom for a boat of this style and length.
This one had a new Bukh engine fitted in 2000 and it has just had a major service in Feb 2012 (see details in mechanical section above).
