The wooden hull on this fishing boat appears to have been very well maintained. The owner elects to treat the wood with linseed oil and this keeps it in tip top condition and does not have all the intensive maintenance that varnish requires. She is mahogany on oak. The current owner has had her for 20 years and now has a larger fishing boat.

This boat is a traditional wooden 28ft fishing boat which is Clinker built. It is a strong sturdy boat ideal for a fisherman with appropriate navigation gear included. The hull appears to have been well looked after by the current owner who has had her for 20 years. This boat benefits from a large cockpit for fishing trips and wheelhouse that allows you to escape the elements. The boats interior is practical but you could spend a bit of money and create a more comfortable forward cabin with a couple of berths. However if you are really into fishing and a nice looking traditional boat then this is a must to view.
