Broker's Comments

This is an exceptional boat. I am a sailing man but this motor yacht has stolen my heart. This small ship is solid and superbly built. Tony Fleming knew what he was doing when he left Grand Banks to start his own venture to build quality motor yachts.

The engine room is accessible and functionally engineered so that all the systems are easily accessible for maintenance. The owner of this yacht has kept detailed service records that I can share with serious inquirers.

The saloon on this yacht is the "piece de-resistance" with lots of space, beautiful wood upholstery and carpets, giving it a warm and friendly feel.

Wide side decks lead from the bows to the a massive aft deck where you can sip your G&Ts in open air splendour. If it's the open air you like then the very large fly-bridge accessible from the bridge or the aft deck will ensure that you feel the cool sea breezes in your hair.

Given a choice between an apartment on any Costa and this luxury motor yacht there is only one possible choice.
