Broker's Comments

A great, solidly constructed, ocean going vessel, strip cedar on oak with mahogany cockpit interior and combings.
A one off design by Grant Magilvery this pretty sailing sloop has an incredible amount of space below decks and although she is regularly sailed she would no doubt benefit from some refurbishment.
The hull was re painted last year and a few repairs were carried out to the timbers. There is a full cover to the cockpit that allows you to sail completely enclosed and the mahogany cockpit leads down the central companionway to the main saloon and galley.
The seating midships could be converted to a double to give you 6 berths. The forward cabin is large and has lots of storage below.
According to rumour she has been across the Atlantic and with the accommodation she would no doubt be up for some serious cruising at a fraction of the cost of her GRP cousins.
Small fin on a semi long keel profile would allow her to settle in mud for more flexibility.
A great project for someone looking for a larger yacht that can be sailed for this season.
Really worth a trip down to see her. If you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.
