Built by Offshore yachts to a very good standard.
The hull could do with a compound and polish along with the topsides.

The external woodwork is sound but needs cleaning back to bare wood and recoating

I noticed that one of the cockpit pieces of timber requires attention.

Broker's Comments

The owner has asked this boat to go to a good home, hence the realistic price.Coming from a well known builder this boat needs some loving detail to bring that wow factor back. Required is time in labour and cleaning with also a paint brush for that varnishwork. I noticed that 2 feet of rubbing strake was missing on the port side and a pop rivet is required on the mast spreader.
A previous owner has sail this boat from the Baltic sea to the Med. via the Bay of Biscay.

Overall a lot of boat that has good sea keeping with a good cockpit shelter for any weather that can be thown at it.
Yes the Price ONLY £4500.00 ! a bargin that just requires some hard work to make her sparkle again.
BSS untill July 2012
