If there is a better example of a Hanse 312 on the market at this price I would amazed.
German engineering at its very best, beautifully appointed interior, in such outstanding condition that it is virtually indistinguishable from a new boat. 1 previous owner who hardly used the boat at all.
If you are in the market for a blue water cruiser of this size, you would be hard pushed to spend your money in a better way.
Copper coating means no yearly anti fouling cost.
There is a swinging mooring in St Mawes available with this boat if required at reasonable rates subject to approval.
