Broker's Comments
To understand why this lovely 50ft classic lines ketch is being sold at this price it is necessary to know some of the history. "My Lady" was owned by an American Citizen who lived abroad her for many years, on his death the vessel has been sold by the Gibraltar Admiralty Court. This means that the vessel is now completely free of any finance or liens.
The current owners are in the process of restoring this vessel which will easilly be worth 3 times her current price when the restoration is completed. They intend to INCREASE the price of this vessel as the months pass and the restoration advances. The opportunity that exists today is to pick up this vessel at a bargain price and complete the restoration yourself. It is difficult to describe the beauty of this boat in words.
This boat is being sold on a "where is, as is" basis. If you have the skills and passion to complete this restoration come to Gibraltar and meet this elegant lady!
