Aft double berth, two singles in the saloon and a small double in the forepeak suitable for children, probably one child, unless you want a scrap on your hands. I've got her listed as a four berth, which I think is more sensible.
2 burner gas cooker/stove

Broker's Comments
Well, here is a miniature version of the 27 or 26. The layout is similar – nice aft cabin, good galley, a real pocket cruiser this one. David Thomas design of course, so she sails and handles like a little witch. This boat has a 2008 Jeckells mainsail, and a 2007 Sobstad headsail, so you won’t have any complaints there!
Twin keels, so those of you who have seen any of my other “Brokers Comments” will know I have a hard-wired soft spot for her already! Boatshed Port Solent is a fan of twin keels, no secret there! Her outboard lives in a locker to port, and can be lifted while under sail, giving you an extra half a knot maybe?
What a cracking little boat! Absolutely ideal for a starter boat and you won’t find yourself embarrassed for performance or indeed accommodation. The forepeak could sleep a small child, the aft cabin will take two adults (provided they have a “close” relationship), and of course the saloon has two settee berths.
Maybe she could do with a GPS or a small plotter, but that’s about all you’ll have to spend after you’ve bought her – and buy her you will, provided you come and have a look!
Why not email me at ian@boatshedportsolent.com and we'll get together?
