Broker's Comments

You can race it, you can cruise it. This lifting keel version is very seaworthy and fast for its size. Sadly, it’s no longer built, but Hunter Boats made over 400 Sonatas during a period of about 20 years and you'll find Sonatas all around the UK. Many sailing clubs have adopted the Sonata as a one-design class and most of the major regattas have a Sonata start. This boat has been well maintained and has been taken out of the water every winter.
