Broker's Comments
This Jeanneau Sunshine 38 has been particularly well maintained. During the winter layup the owner and his crew spent many hours going over every bit of the boat. He is a very keen yachtsman and has recently completed a triangular course across the Irish Sea and then down to France and back to the UK. This included some very heavy weather which the boat coped with well. She has a high equipment level and a large wardrobe of good sails.
Internally there are three spacious double cabins as well as two singles in the saloon, providing plenty of accommodation for a large crew. When I was onboard I noticed that everything was clean and tidy, dry and well presented.
On deck there is plenty of room to move around, with wide side decks, a large and comfortable cockpit with easy viewing of all the main navigational instruments. Two large cockpit lockers provide ample storage for fenders, warps and any other equipment.
This vessel should be at the top of the list for anyone looking for a spacious cruising yacht which also has a good turn of speed. She appears to be in very good condition and a visit to her is highly recommended.
