Broker's Comments

A popular 4-berth sailing cruiser providing surprisingly spacious accomodation within the 23 foot length. They sail well and have the benefit of an outboard well in the cockpit.

This one is well equipped with extras, has a recent motor and nearly new standing and running rigging. The only downside is the not uncommon problem of the headlining coming away from the coachroof and this has happened here. Otherwise she is in good order and is currently out of the water making inspection easy.
