Broker's Comments

The extensively equipped motor sailer is in excellent condition. The accommodation offers a well thought out layout, with good sized berths and good storage. The cockpit canopy protects from the elements when required. The engine was replaced in 2008, the sails and rigging are also very good. As a motor sailer she can cruise at up to 8 knots and undersail she also performs well; with the ability to sail to closer to the wind than you would normally expect from a motor sailer.
The mooring with valet berthing has been paid up to the end of October 2010 for this boat here at Fambridge Yacht Haven and can be transfered to the new owner.
