Construction:
Hulls and bridgedeck hand laid with e-glass and vinyl ester resin thoughout. Closed cell 80 density.
PVC foam core vacuum bagged to outer laminate and balanced with hand laid inner laminate. Monolithic area's and coosa board reinforcements between laminates.
Structural bulkheads infused with 25mm closed cell PVC foam core and laminated directly to hull and bridgedeck.
Watertight crash bulkheads in bows.
Structural keels, integrated into hulls.
