Broker's Comments

What great little yachts these Leisure 23 SL’s are. They were a significant improvement on the standard Leisure 23 with the wedge shaped coach roof and higher side decks increasing the headroom in the accommodation. They were designed for serious cruising and it’s easy to see why with plenty of deck space and a large (cushioned) cockpit. In theory she can accommodate five but things might be a little cramped with 5 adults on board. Two adults and children would be certainly a lot easier. This Leisure 23 SL has been in the same ownership for just over four years and when I met the owner onboard the boat was presented clean and tidy both inside and out and impressively too, the interior was dry with no hint of dampness. If you’re looking for a roomy bilge keel at a good price then give me a call to arrange a viewing soon as I don’t think she’s going to be around long.
