Broker's Comments

This is a somewhat unusual boat in that she combines a good accommodation space and overall length with a lifting keel. She is currently being used as the home of her owners, who sell as they are leaving Spain. The boat is geared for comfortable cruising and living on board. A nice feature in this sense, are the large windows in the saloon, allowing lots of natural light in. She has been sailed from England to Spain in 1999 and since then has been cruising the Mediterranean with Barcelona as home base. British flag. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

Este barco es un poco fuera de lo común, en que combina un espacio amplio y eslora con una orza abatible. Actualmente los propietarios lo utilizan como casa, pero venden porque van a mudarse fuera de España. El barco está concebido para crucero confortable y para hacer vida a bordo. En este sentido, es muy agradable que tenga grandes ventanas en el salón, lo cual da mucha luz. Ha venido desde Inglaterra en el 1999, y desde entonces ha navegado por el Mediterráneo, con Barcelona como puerto base. Bandera inglesa. Nota: se pueden considerar contra-ofertas.
