Broker's Comments

These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

This Barge is an absolute bargain for the live aboard boater and provides very spacious accommodation. The structural aspect of this Barge is excellent and impressive. In 2009 the Hull was shot blasted and two part Epoxy Pitched. During 09/10 There has been a new oven/ hob fitted, a combi inverter, Battery charger and full Central heating system, a pump out toilet and holding tank, Upgraded electric system, New stainless steel water tanks and new fitted carpets. There is also a very good Survey available to read. All of the interior saloon furnishings are free standing and can be replaced to your own taste with ease. In my opinion this would make a great live aboard and you could put your own stamp on this vessel. The boat made many coastal passages as well as inland, History suggests she was used as a Dutch bunker Boat in the past. Offers are invited as a quick sale is required.
