Broker's Comments
A good, honest example of the sturdy Moody 31'.
Fin keel and wheel steering make her more desirable as she will sail better than the bilge keel model.
This is the later MKII version with the 'sugar scoop'.
The aft cabin is surprisingly light and airy thanks to the windows in the cockpit.
Overall she is in good order throughout but could do with a little money spending on a new G.P.S./Chartplotter and a valet on the topsides.
That said she still represents good value when compared to others on the U.K. market.
