Broker's Comments

Ever popular centre cockpit cruising yacht with spacious layout and huge owner's stateroom aft. This example has twin keels, so is ideal for exploring the shallow waters of the East Coast and the all-furling rig makes her very easy to sail shorthanded. The hull was epoxied in 1994 and has been finished in copper-bot. She is a fine example having been very well looked after throughout her life. Add to this the Furuno 700 radar, Ac invertor, new windows in saloon, All new seacocks, Keels reffited with stainless bolts, new cooker (2004) and a fully serviced engine and you really have a boat that is ready to take you wherever you may desire.
