Broker's Comments

Built too well to compete on price with the French plastic fantastics Moodys went the way of all the other quality British Sailing Boat builders, and It is rare to find one of them this far from home, She is well worth a look if you are in the market for a comfortable cruising boat.
72 of these well built Bill Dixon designed Moody 442's were produced at the Marine Projects Yard in Plymouth England between 1986 to 1988.
For a boat of this size the aft cabin is particularly spacious and has a centerline double with all round access and of course an ensuite heads with hot and cold water. Not too big but with plenty of storage and a safe center cockpit, she makes a great comfortable cruising boat for a couple and occassional guests or a small familly. Sail handling is made easy with her all furling rig and she comes well equipped and ready to go sailing.
She is has just been relaunched after a period on the hard for maintainance and sports new cockpit teak and new bimini & dodger canvas.
