Broker's Comments

This boat has been viewed and photographed by Peter Watt of Boatshed Portsmouth. Register or log in to see more photos of this boat. This is boat is not in "as new condition" by any stretch of even a Yacht Brokers imagination, but paying less than the price of a trailer sailer to get a 30' classic 1970's sailing yacht must appeal to a number of people. Unlike a lot of modern plastic fantastic's they actually used real wood to fit out boats of this era, you remember real wood- apparently it comes from trees!
I must point out that the general look of her says that time has been spent on her upkeep over the years. The current owner has had benefit of sailing her since 1984 and has sailed along a good portion of the U.K. coast as well as to France and the Channel Islands.
She is only for sale because certain members of the family have a desire to tear up and down the Solent in a rubber boat!
