Broker's Comments

The North American 40 is an Offshore IOR/One Design racer/cruiser designed by Dick Carter and built to IOR specifications by Morgan in Florida. Intended as an 'Offshore' one-design and attention was paid to uniform weight and equipment.
Owner told me she was sailed over from New York in the summer of 2014. She is is an IOR offshore racer that has been designed and sailed for short-handed sailing or a bigger group with ease of handling. She is still competitive participating in RORC races including the Fastnet. She look fantastic she sails fast. Being one of only 12 built in the world she is a head turner in the harbour.
Stepping on her she appeared in great condition with recent upgrades in sails and Raymarine navigation equipment.
The forward cabin is currently used for sail storage but all cushions for the berth are available.
