Commentaires du Broker
This 72ft Narrowboat was built for use on the Birmingham cannals around 1900. The current owner bought her in 1984 and had her re-plated, since then she has been out of the water twice for the hull to be cleaned/painted.
The interior is open plan at present but could easily altered to make room for some sleeping accommodation.
The boat is currently located on the Essex/Herts border, and berthing can be arranged for the new owners.
Mains water and electricity is connected to the boat.
These boat details are subject to contract.
