Broker's Comments

A well designed practical layout offering 4 berths in a light wood finished saloon/interior. Blue upholstery, wooden flooring and loose carpets/rugs.
There is a permanent double berth in the Aft Cabin and either 2 singles or another good sized double in the saloon area.
There are fore and aft companionways both with double doors along with a blue Cratch Cover covering the fwd well.
Internally this boat still has a "new" feel to her and offers good seating and cooking facilities in a light airy saloon.
There is hot water by means of a "Carver" heater which is powered by either 240v from Shore power or gas.
Propulsion comes from the quiet, efficient and frugal Honda 15 hp 4 stroke engine which will quite happily take her along at a comfortable 4 mph without any effort.
There is also a Freehold mooring available which is 30ft square in total if req'd at a cost of £15k on the river Waveney.
